Track & Sign Workshop
Immerse yourself in the art of tracking and track & sign identification. Get the opportunity to learn and explore the evidence that the wide variety of species leave behind. Each workshop can either be run over one full day or over multi consecutive days which makes a fun learning experience for groups or for an individual’s preparations to gain tracking qualifications. Each workshop is set up under a mimicry of an official evaluation. You either know the track or you learn something new.
How does it work?
Each session is run over a minimum of 35, to a maximum of 50 questions. Each set will be broken down into 3-5 questions. After each set, feedback will be given to the participant. Each question has its own rating, either 1, 2 or 3 points (1 being simple, 2 moderate, and 3 being highly complex). At the end of the workshop the points will be added and the scores will be revealed and constructive feedback will be given to the participant of the overall day.
What does it include?
- The workshop itself which will be facilitated by qualified trackers.
- Open game viewer which will be used to relocate from one tracking site to the next.
- Coffee upon starting the day.
What is not included?
- Lunch/snacks.
